Et bien là, un nouveau produit, toujours créé par Pepper Snapple Group, vient d’être lancé sur le marché, le Weysky. Non, ce n’est pas du Whisky, ni du whiskey.
En fait, donc, un spiritueux, un alcool fort… sans alcool !
Miracle chimique, les chercheurs de ce groupe ont réussi à reproduire les caractéristiques olfactives et gustatives de l’alcool à partir de composés (et de secrets de fabrication) dont n’a filtré qu’un élément, la capsaïcine (8-méthyl-N-vanilly-6-nonémide) qui est un composé chimique de la famille des alcaloïdes, composé actif du piment.
Il paraît même qu’il a un côté psychotrope et aphrodisiaque, cela sans créer d’addition.
Et, encore une fois, sans alcool, sans drogue, ajouté… A tester !
