FRANCE - Controlling your consumption
Astonishing, but that did not exist until now: the possibility of having a statistical follow-up of your telephone consumption! Of course, you had access to the list of your phone calls to, among other things, justify your bill but that's it! Beside that, the customer services did not miss to contact you to propose you new packages "more adapted" to your consumption. But difficult to have a real fine study on your calls.
So SFR has just launched this additional option - free of charge - which consists of a statistical treatment of your consumption, on the month, certainly, but also on the year. Thus, at a glance, you have the ranking of your calls by accumulated durations (to define your "favorites"), the distribution in the day and evening / weekend, your calls from abroad, calls to fixed or mobile numbers, SFR or others ...
Better, you can download the file of your calls to explore it with a spreadsheet (compatible Excel for example). Now, you can, more serenely, choose the new package adapted to your use!
I bet the favorite, for E.T., was "home" ...
