EUROPE: Un grand projet pour l’Europe

En son temps, un Président américain avait fait le pari d’envoyer un homme sur la lune.  Le rêve était beau, motivant, et profitable au pays.

Le projet Européen, annoncé ce week-end, semble tout aussi formidable : maîtriser le climat Européen !

En fait, nous en sommes aujourd’hui aux balbutiements. C’est tout juste si nous pouvons le prévoir alors quant à le maîtriser…

Cependant, ce projet aurait quantité de répercutions. Citons simplement l’agriculture, le tourisme, les catastrophes climatiques.
Mais les réactions ne se sont pas fait attendre : les écologiques s’insurgent contre ce projet qui va à l’encontre de la nature. C’est jouer aux apprentis sorciers sans avoir l’assurance d’en maîtriser toutes les conséquences, retombées.

Mais imaginez : du soleil assuré en été, de la neige à Noël, un peu de pluie la nuit seulement, le rêve ! Mais aussi une arme potentielle redoutable en cas de conflit et une pluie battante sur les manifestations !

The European project, announced this weekend, seems equally formidable: to control the European climate!
In fact, we are now in the infancy. It's all right if we can predict it then to control it ...
However, this project would have a lot of repercussions. Let's just mention agriculture, tourism, climate disasters.
But the reactions were not long in coming: the ecological ones rebelled against this project which goes against the nature. It is to play the sorcerer's apprentice without having the assurance to master all the consequences, fallout.
But imagine: sun guaranteed in summer, snow at Christmas, a little rain at night only, the dream! But also a formidable potential weapon in case of conflict and heavy rain on the demonstrations!
