Campsites for Travelers
It's gone almost unnoticed except for those who realize the importance of the amendment ...
And yes, this summer - you probably have not heard of it - the law governing the parking of Travelers has been amended.
And it is not nothing !: in fact, wherever there are already private campsites, for the attention of holidaymakers, these are then in fact THE possibility of parking people of the trip!
But then, private company requires, it's not free! And the campgrounds have a rental obligation from the moment seasonal holiday rentals do not exceed 10% of occupancy. Rates are the usual ones (with charges) depending on the parking season. And the payment as well as the respect of the Regulation of the camping, by the people of the trip, are controlled by the services of the State (Prefecture).
This should help to solve the problem, and campsites, municipalities and owners of private land hitherto illegally occupied should find their accounts.
Well, maybe not the Travelers themselves, having used to enjoy without paying a penny ...
