INFORMATICS - Microsoft bounces thanks to smartphones
It was clear that Microsoft was trying to diversify because the office PC market no longer offered much expansion, if not to invest developing countries (China, ...). Hence the attempt on the side of the hard (smartphone) but it's not his thing. It was necessary to continue in his niche of predilection: the software! And there, Microsoft has made strong: the first intelligent voice translator for Smartphone.
Created in the biggest secrecy, it appears as a thunderclap, flying the Android applications, NTT DoCoMo and other Google applications. From TTS (Text-to-speach) in pure form! It translates as well a conversation, in instantaneous, that you can have with a interlocutor, on the phone, speaking another language (which he recognizes himself), that to serve as a direct translator when you speak, listen, dialogue, live (in real), and the quality of the translation is "intelligent" (not word for word).
Obviously, this "runs" under Windows phone system but a gateway allows use under Android (he has planned everything, the Bill Gates and do not be fooled as with Apple in the past).
The end of the profession of translator, interpreter?
