FRANCE - 2 years vacation
Nothing to do with the famous novel. In fact, it is a complementary retirement option, always from the Allianz group, inspired by the principle of the time savings account. There is no "saved" time, placed, to allow, at the end of your career, to gain a few months on the moment of retirement, but rather of a contribution to a supplementary pension that you will pay a certain number of quarters at the end of the career, always with the aim of being able to retire earlier.
But the editing is pushed further: in fact, in recent months, you do not receive a supplementary pension (since you are not officially retired) but a salary, including also the pension, social and other contributions but less than what you will actually receive in retirement. And that, obviously, without working !!! In short, you are salaried to do nothing. And you can "retire", in fact even if not officially, until 2 years before your real retirement.
You said "fictitious job"?
