Ice cream to eat in moderation
In hot weather, good ice cream, what's good! ...
Vanilla, strawberry, chocolate, pistachio, but also, now, coca whiskey, orange vodka, gin fizz, pastis, ... !!!
And yes, it's now in focus. After the cans of soda drinks but containing just alcohol to not be considered as alcoholic drinks, here are now slightly alcoholic ice creams.
Always the same principle: alcohol percentage lower than the standard of so-called alcoholic drinks, therefore unassailable. It comes in the form of cornets, Eskimos and even in bulk! The first alcoholic ice creams appear on the market. The technical problems for their development have been solved and they are in fact cocktails, blends, combining sodas and strong alcohols. To be classy, and for these ladies, it seems that there will soon be on the market champagne ice cream.
And who knows, maybe one day ice cream with trapped tobacco smoke bubbles ?!
