DEMOGRAPHIE Un retour à la campagne

Le phénomène avait été évoqué au lendemain de la dernière crise sanitaire : un sursaut des ventes immobilières à la campagne.

Avec le recul, de fait, il s’agit d’un mouvement de fond important. Sur le marché de l’immobilier, on constate une forte augmentation des ventes – et constructions – dans le domaine rural.

Explication : avec le développement du télétravail, des infrastructures de transports en commun et de la voiture électrique de grande autonomie, les gens n’hésitent plus à s’installer loin des villes, ce que font d’ailleurs aussi les entreprises.

La population avait, jadis, quitté la campagne pour venir en ville, où il y avait travail et tout pour vivre agréablement. Mais, évidemment, le logement y était devenu alors cher, d’où l’installation en banlieue.

Mais la banlieue, ça craint maintenant, et ça devient cher aussi…

Alors, on va ailleurs ! C’est maintenant possible. Et, pour le même prix, on a une vaste maison avec jardin plutôt qu’un petit studio donnant sur les immeubles et entrepôts…

La tendance écologiste y est aussi pour beaucoup. Et la qualité de vie enfin retrouvée !!!

« Je cherche un coin de terre, avec du bleu, avec du vert. Je cherche un coin d’azur, avec des petites fleurs et puis de l’eau pure… ».

DEMOGRAPHY - A return to the countryside
The phenomenon had been mentioned in the aftermath of the last health crisis: a jump in property sales in the countryside.
With hindsight, in fact, this is an important underlying movement. On the property market, there is a sharp increase in sales - and construction - in the rural sector.
Explanation: with the development of teleworking, public transport infrastructure and the long-range electric car, people no longer hesitate to settle far from cities, which companies also do.
The population had once left the countryside to come to town, where there was work and everything to live pleasantly. But, obviously, housing had become expensive there, hence the installation in the suburbs.
But the suburbs, it sucks now, and it gets expensive too ...
So, we are going elsewhere! It’s now possible. And, for the same price, we have a large house with garden rather than a small studio overlooking buildings and warehouses ...
The environmental trend also has a lot to do with it. And the quality of life finally found !!!
"I'm looking for a corner of the earth, with blue, with green. I'm looking for a corner of blue, with small flowers and then pure water ... ".
